At Springthrough we value our team and the culture that we have built for our team to thrive within. Part of that culture is sharing it with past, present, and future clients.

Like many young professionals in the midst of their career, giving back to my Alma Mater, Ferris State University, didn’t seem like something I was in the position to do quite yet. What could I possibly have to say to a group of students only about 8-10 years younger than me? As it turns out, quite a lot.

Here at Springthrough we pride ourselves on our culture and our wide array of people with varying backgrounds and experience. In an effort to share our culture, we will be featuring at least one employee a month on our blog to share their experience and fun facts about themselves!
