What started out as joke during a company meeting talking about culture, turned into a week full of festivities, fun, and more importantly, bonding as a small company striving for an inclusive and close culture

It is always an adventure and somewhat overwhelming to step into the mind of an industry outside your own comfort level. But never the less, Springthrough’s Kolt Ewing, Developer, and Kelsey Marr, Program Manager, ventured down to the Windy City to explore the world of NeoCon.

I was working on a deadline – trying to move quickly and get it done. I needed to write a class to continue my work, but once I had finished, I couldn’t help but notice that I had violated the Single Responsibility Rule.
